  Apart from the purchase of the property, my experience with this agency was appalling.
  
  I was lied to about works that should have been done pre contract settlement. I had to go above the leasing agent to get anyone to tell me anything.
  
  I gave them a house that had full clearance of damage or any issue.
  
  I got back a filthy, mouse infested house, with piles or rubbish no one ever removed and the agency wiped their hands of.
  
  Oh and let's not forget the termite damage, happened while they were looking after my property. Something the director ignored.my emails about, let alone have the fortitude to reply.
  
  I generally don't make recommendations, and this will probably be my only review I do, but that's because I want all to be warned about this business and its nearly complete lack of care or proffesionalism.
  
  Do yourself a massive favour and go somewhere else, I'd suggest a professional who cares more than collecting your money.
  
  If I could give less than zero stars I would.

  Buying a home in Cowra recently was the best decision I have ever made. Jacob who sold me the house is a Brilliant man as he was born and raised in Cowra and spent his time telling me all about this wonderful town. Jacob was completely honest from the start especially about the home I bought. He was completely honest as I asked him if there were any faults with the property. We kept in constant contact as I ended up moving in early due to my difficult circumstances. He made sure that everything went smoothly and it made me feel at ease all the way. When I collected the keys I was greeted so warmly by the entire staff and was given a Beautiful unexpected gift and a lovely card. If I was able to give Ray White Cowra 100 stars I would as I have never experienced such Friendly and honest service. My life is amazing and that was made possible by Jacob McNaught a prized employee. Thank you
